I am Greg Green, a broker associate with Touchstone Business Advisors.  I have over 27 years experience as a business acquisition/disposition specialist and an intermediary.   As an affiliate professor of finance, business and law at CCU, a former merger and acquisitions specialist with Morgan Stanley, Continental Realty Advisors and GP Green & Associates, I have assisted in countless purchases of both large and small businesses.  I have also represented sellers of large, medium and small businesses, and I have to admit that my passion lies with the small to medium size businesses. Like many business brokers and intermediaries, I too have areas that I consider myself as an above average expert.  I am well versed in assisted living, nursing home and rehabilitation/skilled nursing operations and facilities, on both the seller and purchasing side.  I formerly owned and operated a small portfolio of assisted living facilities and adult day centers and I have purchased and sold as many as 18 within the past five years.

I have a tremendous amount of experience with healthcare entities and restaurants.

I have a true advantage as a business broker and intermediary.  I have bought and sold a variety of different companies that I have actually owned and operated.
